Panel 34

But before we do, look at that, folks! We got another bar! Time for me to reveal another aspect of powers!

Chris: -_-

This aspect is called DANGER. It’s about the inherent danger of a power and usually has little impact on the STRENGTH of a power. But oho! A power with high STRENGTH and DANGER is even more deadly! So, example time! Imagine two crushers, one with a fire power and the other a water power. Both have weak STRENGTH. Fire Guy is again making his little lighter flame over his thumb and waving it around. Water Guy can splash people with a cup’s worth of water. STRENGTH is equal, but the DANGER of the fire power is much greater. Even if Water Guy had enough STRENGTH to spawn an ocean, the inherent DANGER of that power will always be low. Yes you could drown in it, but you could be suffocated by just about anything. Fire will always burn you though, no matter the STRENGTH, and lightning will always zap you, which is why Jean’s power scores highly in inherent DANGER. This aspect is about how possible it is to handle contact with the created force/mass.
