Okay, look at those five bars. They have to do with her power. Throughout the story I’ll reveal the names of those bars, one at a time, in a way that will hopefully flow well with the narrative.

I’ll reveal the name of the first bar now. It is STRENGTH. That first bar is a representation of how strong Jean’s power is. Powers are so incredibly complex, you have no idea. On the surface, you might think fire is a stronger power than say, the power to spawn a toothbrush. But what if the STRENGTH of the fire person's power is weak while the STRENGTH of the other guy’s power is strong? Well, in a fight you’d have Fire Guy waving around a little lighter flame over his thumb while Toothbrush Guy buries him under one metric tonne of toothbrushes spawned over his head. Or maybe just one really big toothbrush. Either way, you understand what I mean now by the STRENGTH aspect of a power.
